That ID is unique for the season. You pay by card on Stripe. There is no FPL login, and nothing is submitted on your behalf.
Find it
On fantasy.premierleague.com in a browser, open Points and look at the address bar:

The highlighted digits are the ID. You need a squad entered for this season; the ID is reissued every year. You can paste that whole URL into the form. It will keep only the number.
